✖ Products without original tags
✖ Personalized/custom orders
How to Return
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Select “Request Return” under your order
- For guest orders, use our Return Portal
Step 2: Package Your Items
- Include the completed return form
- Use original packaging when possible
- Attach prepaid label (U.S. customers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Drop off at any UPS location (U.S.)
- International: Use tracked shipping (customer-paid)
- Allow 7-10 days for processing after receipt
Refund Details
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment
- Deductions:
- Original shipping costs (unless defective)
- $7.95 restocking fee for non-faulty returns
